個人情報の取り扱いについて
当社では、個人情報の適切な取り扱いを期しています。当社が実施する企画（以下、「本企画」）へのお申込に際し、皆様には、下記の事項をご理解いただき、個人情報の提供にご同意ください。
個人情報を利用する目的
以下の目的のため、個人情報を取得及び利用いたします。その利用範囲を超えた個人情報の利用はいたしません。

・本企画に関するご意見・お問い合わせの正確な把握、それらへの回答のため
・当社を含む株式会社レアジョブのグループ各社（以下、「レアジョブグループ各社」といいます）が提供するサービスの品質向上、顧客動向の分析及び商品開発等の調査分析のため
当社以外の第三者への提供について
当社は、皆様から取得したご本人の個人情報（氏名、メールアドレス、企画結果など）を、以下の第三者に対して、契約履行のために提供する場合がございます。
皆様自身のご所属企業でのお申し込みによる場合：ご所属企業のご担当者
なお、当社と契約のある代理店経由でのお申し込みの場合、上記の第三者に加え、代理店のご担当者に対しても、契約履行のために皆様から取得した個人情報を提供する場合がございます。
また、法律、法的手続、訴訟、データ主体の居住国内外の公的機関・政府当局の要請により、皆様から取得した個人情報を開示する必要が生じる場合があります。
取得した個人情報を上記目的以外で取扱う場合は追加となる利用目的と、関連する情報（保存期間・ご本人が有する権利など、各法令で規定される情報）をご本人にお知らせし、同意を得た上で行います。
個人情報の外部委託について
個人情報の利用目的の達成において、当社以外の企業に個人情報を委託する場合があります。外部への委託を行う場合は、当社は個人情報に関する契約を締結するなど、適切な管理・監督を行います。
取得の任意性について
本企画にお申込みいただくにあたり、個人情報を当社に提供することはご本人の任意になります。ただし、本企画実施に個人情報が必要なため、ご提供いただけない場合は、本企画へのお申込みをお断りする場合があります。
個人情報の開示等の請求について
本企画のお申込者は、ご提供頂いた個人情報について、利用目的の通知、個人情報の開示、訂正、項目の追加または削除、消去や利用停止、提供停止及び第三者提供記録の開示を求める権利があります。ご希望の場合は、下記までご連絡ください。社内の個人情報の管理手続きに従い、速やかに対応いたします。

本契約は、日本語で作成され、英語に翻訳されます。日本語版が正本であり、英語版は参考として作成されます。これら両言語版の間に矛盾抵触がある場合、日本語版が優先します。
This Agreement is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.
Handling of Personal Information
We are committed to the appropriate handling of personal information. When applying for a project to be conducted by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "This Project"), please understand the following terms and conditions when you agree to share your personal information.
Purposes for which Personal Information is Used
We will not use personal information beyond the scope of its intended use. We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

- To contact you for the smooth operation and implementation of this project.
- To accurately understand opinions and inquiries regarding This Project and to respond to them.
- To improve the quality of services provided by RareJob, Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "RareJob group companies"), to analyze customer trends, and to conduct research and analysis for product development, etc.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We may provide your personal information (name, e-mail address, project results, etc.) obtained from you to the following third parties for the performance of the contract.
In the case of an application made by a company to which you are affiliated to i.e. the person in charge at the company to which you are affiliated.
In the case of an application made through an agency with which we have a contract, in addition to the mentioned third parties, we may also provide personal information obtained from you to the person in charge of the agency for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
In addition, it may be necessary to disclose personal information acquired from you in accordance with the law, legal proceedings, lawsuits, or requests from public or governmental authorities in or outside of the country in which the data subject resides.
In the event that personal information obtained from you is to be handled for purposes other than those stated above, we will inform you of the additional purposes of use and relevant information (such as retention period, rights you have, and other information stipulated by each law) and obtain your consent before doing so.
Outsourcing of Personal Information
In order to achieve the purpose of use of personal information, we may outsource personal information to companies outside of our company. In the case of outsourcing, we will appropriately manage and supervise the outsourcing by having a contract with regards to personal information.
Voluntary Nature of Acquisition
When applying for This Project, providing personal information to us is voluntary. However, if you do not enter your personal information, we will not be able to send the information to you and you will not be able to request information from us.
Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information
Applicants for This Project have the right to request that we notify you of the purpose of use of your personal information, disclose, correct, add or delete items to or from your personal information, erase or cease use or provision of your personal information, or disclose records of provision to third parties. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us at the following address. We will respond promptly in accordance with our internal personal information management procedures.
