Once you confirm that the audio is playing, the connection test will be complete.
Once the microphone connection test is complete, click "Start Test" to begin the test.

Possible Cause:
Your network may be blocking access to the domains required for taking the PROGOS test.
Solution:
PROGOS requires access to the following domains. Please request your company’s IT department to allow communication with these domains.
