Access the login page using your company’s dedicated test-taker site URL.
The following login screen will be displayed:
Enter your email address in the [Email Address] field.
Review the terms and conditions, check the agreement box, and click the [Submit] button.
An email with the following details will be sent from the PROGOS administration to the email address you entered.

Check your email and copy the 6-digit access code provided in the email.
Enter the access code you copied from the issuance email into the [Access Code] field.
After entering the code, click the [Submit] button.
If the access code is correct, you will be redirected to your “My Page.”
Please Note:
The access code changes each time you log in and is valid for 20 minutes after issuance.
Message:
Enter the access code correctly as provided in the email from english_speakingtest_information@progos.co.jp.
If more than 20 minutes have passed since receiving the email, please restart the process by entering your email address again.
Possible Causes:
The access code entered is incorrect.
More than 20 minutes have passed since the access code was issued.
Solutions:
Ensure that you are entering the correct access code, not the test code.
The access code is sent via email. Please check your email again.
Using the browser's back button and re-entering the same access code will result in an error.
Return to the login screen, re-enter the required details (such as your email address), and use the newly issued access code.
If you receive multiple access code emails due to clicking the submit button multiple times, only the latest access code will be valid.
