Excerpts from the Guidelines
PROGOS is a proficiency test designed to assess your current speaking level.

・No response or silence will not be evaluated. Try to speak as much as possible, using the words, expressions, and sentences you are familiar with. Make sure to speak for the full response time.

・When answering, focus on the following points to ensure an appropriate evaluation:

①Logic (Present your arguments in a logical sequence: statement/opinion → reason → examples).

②Vocabulary and Grammar (Use a variety of vocabulary and speak in correct grammar).

③Pronunciation and Intonation (Speak clearly and fluently, ensuring it is easy to understand).

・The test consists of automated audio that presents the questions, to which you will respond.

・The test cannot be paused. For example, you cannot ask questions about the problems after the test has started. Make sure to read these guidelines carefully in advance.

・The audio will only be played once.

・All questions have a time limit. The test will automatically proceed to the next question when the time limit is reached.

・When answering, speak clearly. Responses that are difficult to hear will not be evaluated.

・Ensure that your internet connection is stable enough for the PROGOS test. If your connection is interrupted during the test, you may need to reapply for a new test session. However, if the interruption was due to force majeure, you may be allowed to resume the test from where it was interrupted.

・If the audio recording is interrupted due to connectivity or device issues, your level may not be correctly evaluated.
