Entering and Authenticating the Test Code

What is a Test Code?

A test code is an 8-character alphanumeric code required to take a specific test.
If you receive a test code from your administrator, you must enter it before starting the test.

Please follow the steps below to enter and authenticate your test code.

 

Steps for Entering and Authenticating the Test Code

1. Prepare the Test Code and Check the Input Form

Enter the test code exactly as provided by your administrator.

2. Enter the Test Code

Enter the test code exactly as provided by your administrator.

3. Successful Authentication and Test Confirmation

Once authentication is successful, you do not need to authenticate again.
By reloading the page, the test will also be reflected in the "Test List," allowing you to start the test from there.

 


Error Handling for Test Code Entry

E21:The maximum number of participants has been reached

    • Message:

      • The maximum number of participants has been reached. Please contact your company's administrator for details.

    • Cause:

      • You attempted to take the test after the participant limit was exceeded.

    • Solution:

      • If necessary, contact your company's administrator for further assistance.

 

E31:The testing period has expired

    • Message:

      • The testing period has expired, and you are no longer able to take the test. Please contact your company's administrator for details.

    • Cause:

      • You attempted to take the test after the testing period had ended.(This error only occurs if the testing period has already expired.)

    • Solution:

      • Since the testing period has expired, you cannot take the test. Please contact your company's administrator for further assistance.

E32: The test has already been completed

    • Message:

      • The testing period has expired, or the test has already been completed. Alternatively, you may have entered a different email address than the one used during the test. Please contact your company's administrator for details.

    • Cause:

      • You attempted to access the test even though it was already completed.
        (This error does not normally occur but may happen if multiple browsers are opened to take the test multiple times intentionally.)

    • Solution:

      • The test has already been completed. Please check your test results.

 

E34:The testing period has not yet started

    • Message:

      • The testing period has not yet started. Please take the test after the start date. Contact your company's administrator for details.

    • Cause:

      • You attempted to take the test before the official start date.

    • Solution:

      • Please wait until the testing start date and take the test from “My Page” after it becomes available.
