Click the "Check" button located below the browser, microphone, and speaker check (see image ①). If a ☑ mark appears (see image ②), the environment check is complete. After completion, close the displayed window and return to the previous screen.

Possible Causes:
PC Users: The browser may not have microphone permissions enabled.
Smartphone Users: The browser or the device itself may not have microphone permissions enabled.

For PC (Chrome users)
Enable microphone permissions in Chrome.

Possible Cause:
Your network may be blocking access to the domains required for taking the PROGOS test.
Solution:
PROGOS requires access to the following domains. Please request your company’s IT department to allow communication with these domains.
