Detailed Steps on How to Log in to the Admin Site

Login Page

Access the login page using your company’s dedicated URL for corporate administrators.
The following login screen will be displayed.
Enter the administrator email address registered at the time of application in the [Email Address] field and click the [Submit] button.

 

Access Code Issuance Email

An email will be sent from the PROGOS administration office to the submitted email address, containing the access code (a 6-digit number).
Check your email and copy the access code.

 

Access Code Input Page

Enter the copied access code in the [Access Code] field.
※The access code is unique for each login attempt, changes every time you log in, and is valid for 20 minutes from the time of  issuance.
Click the [Submit] button.
If the access code is correct, you will be redirected to your My Page for test takers.

 

Troubleshooting Errors

Screen Turns Blank

  • Possible Cause:

    • The browser being used is not one of the recommended browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer).

  • Solution:

 

Login Page Does Not Appear (Case 1)
    • Possible Causes:

      • The URL to log in may be different due to the following reasons. 

        • The URL sent from the PROGOS office has been rewritten due to the security function of your mail server. 
        • The customer has accessed a different URL (login screen) than the URL of the person in charge by accident.
    • Solution:

Login Page Does Not Appear (Case 2)

    • Possible Cause:

      • The customer’s network may not allow access to the domains required to access the PROGOS HR site login.

    • Solution:



Unable to Log In / Login Error (Case 1)

    • Possible Cause:

      • The user may be trying to log in using a previously used test URL.

      • While logged in, other test URLs cannot be accessed.

    • Solution:

      • Log out and try logging in again with the new URL.

Unable to Log In / Login Error (Case 2)
    • Possible Cause:

      • The email address entered is incorrect.

    • Solution:

      • Double-check the email address before logging in.

Unable to Log In / Login Error (Case 3)
    • Example type: SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED

      • The issue may be related to the PC's current usage status or specifications.

    • Solution:

      • Close any unnecessary applications currently running on your PC, keeping only the browser open.

      • Close all unnecessary browser tabs and windows except for PROGOS.

      • If the issue persists, restart your PC and try again without opening any other applications.

      • If the issue still persists, try accessing the test on another PC or smartphone.
