Detailed Steps on How to Use the Test Completion Notification Email Feature

Settings and Sent Emails


For each test, based on the configured settings, the following emails will be sent to the designated recipients.

Settings
Settings can be modified at any time.By selecting "Send", you can choose one of the three patterns for receiving test completion emails, as shown in the image.

Timing and Content of Email Sending

  • Hourly Sending
    • An email will be sent only when a test is completed within the hour.

Sample Email Content:(Example content would go here.)

  • Daily Sending

    • An email will be sent every morning at 9 AM, summarizing the test completions from the previous day.

Sample Email Content:(Example content would go here.)

  • Monthly Sending
    • An email will be sent at 9 AM on the first day of the month, summarizing the test completions for the previous month.
    • If the examination period ends mid-month, an email will be sent the following morning at 9 AM.
