Sending Test Reminders to Test Takers (Optional)

You can send test reminders to test takers who have not yet completed their tests from the test details page.

How to Send a Reminder Email
To send a reminder email, click the button at the bottom of the screen as shown below.

• Reminder Email Recipients
  • Reminder emails are sent to pending test takers.
  • Incomplete test takers include those who are:
    • Pending (did not take the test yet)
    • In Progress (have not completed the test)
  • The above applies regardless of whether they were registered via CSV upload or self-registration.
    

 Test Reminder Email Content

※ Reminder emails are automatically sent to pending test takers starting 7 days before the test period end date, and the content will be the same as the manual reminder email.
Example: If the test period end date is May 31, reminder emails will be sent starting May 25 for a maximum of 7 days.
