How to use PROGOS [Pre-Test Environment Check]

Optional Environment Check Before Taking the Test

If you plan to take the test via a corporate network, it is recommended to perform an environment check before applying. Please make any necessary adjustments, such as removing access restrictions, to ensure a smooth testing experience.

Click the "Check" button at the bottom of the Browser, Microphone, Speaker, or URL Check titles (see image ①) to perform the environment check.
If a ☑ (checked) mark appears as shown in image ②, the environment check is complete.

How to Troubleshoot Errors During the Environment Check

Error during Browser Check 

• Possible Causes

  • PC Users:

    • The browser (e.g., Chrome) may not have permission to use the microphone.

  • Smartphone Users:

    • The browser or your device may not have permission to use the microphone.

  • PC Users

    1. Allow microphone access in the browser (Chrome).

Error during URL Check

• Possible Cause

  • Your network may not allow access to the domain required to take the PROGOS test.

• Solution

  • The following domains below are used for the PROGOS test. Please ask your company’s IT department to allow access to these domains.

    3. https://hr.progos.ai/
