Checking Test Details (Optional) – Part 1

• You can view the detailed test information on the Test Details page.
• If you have selected the Test Code Control option, the access test code will be displayed.
• If you have selected the Domain Control option, a list of accessible domains will be displayed.

Checking Test Details (Optional) – Part 2

• The test status section displays the following information:
  • The test participation limit
  • The number of ongoing test takers and their breakdown
  • A graph showing the distribution of completed test results by proficiency level

※CSV files and updates of test result distribution occur every hour.

Checking Test Details (Optional) – Part 3

• Test results can be downloaded as a CSV file for further analysis and use.
• Test takers can also be pre-registered using a CSV file. (Click here for instructions on registering test takers.)
• A sample test result data file is available for download. (Download here.)

Checking Test Details (Optional) – Part 4

• Administrators can receive email notifications at specified intervals about completed tests and the number of test takers.
• This feature enables instant tracking of  completions or monitoring of  test progress regularly.

Click "Send" to choose the notification timing.
Check the desired notification timing.
The selected settings will be saved automatically. (See details here.)

Checking Test Details (Optional) – Part 5

• The reminder email title can be customized to suit your needs.
• You can also insert custom text into the email body to improve communication with test takers.

• Manual reminder emails can be sent to test takers who have not yet completed the test to help increase participation rates.
• The automatic reminder email setting can be turned on or off as needed. (Default: Enabled).
